Mavluda Asalxoʻjayeva was born on October 15, 1963, in the Xo'ja neighborhood of Jalal-Abad city, Kyrgyz Republic, into the family of the well-known singer Abdurahmon aka and physician Sanobar opa. Mavluda has four brothers and two sisters. Interestingly, all seven children of Abdurahmon aka and Sanobar opa currently connect their lives and creative work with art.
In 1986, the group "Asal" was formed. In 1991, her first album titled "Mohigul" was released.
In 1998, by the decree of the President of Uzbekistan, she was awarded the title of "Merited Artist of Uzbekistan".
Her younger sister Guli Asalxoʻjayeva is also a singer.
